"Billing was clear and matched exactly"
I ordered a few parts, and the payment went through smoothly, no weird errors or anything that made me second-guess it. The total was exactly what I saw at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

I got the receipt right away, and my card was charged the same amount, no surprise fees popping up later. It’s a simple thing, but i really appreciate when billing is just correct

I was a little suspicious at first because they had way more Camaro parts listed than I expected, including the small trim pieces I’d been hunting for everywhere. I half-figured something would be out of stock or not match, but I found what I needed and the site was easy to use. Assuming the order shows up right, I’d order from them again.

"Damaged piece, but they handled it"
My order turned up with one part damaged, which was a bit frustrating at first, not gonna lie. I sent over a few photos and they replied faster than I thought they would. They shipped out a replacement and it ended up fitting fine. So yeah, not ideal because I had to wait longer and all that, but... they did sort it out without making it a whole thing

I stopped in not totally sure what I needed and expected to spend a while guessing between parts. The store wasn’t too crazy, and after looking around a bit, the tech guy came over and asked a couple simple questions. He clearly knew his stuff and helped me figure out the right parts fast, which made the whole thing way easier than I thought it would be.

I ordered from classicindustries.com and the parts themselves were just fine. The install guidance was okay, but it felt a little light in a few spots, so I ended up checking some forums to figure out a couple of steps. Not a huge deal, and I did get it sorted, but a few more photos and details would make it a lot easier for people doing the work at home.

"Mixed feelings on the parts and OEM details"
I ordered a few parts from Classic Industries for my old Camaro, i was excited when the box showed up. A couple of the pieces looked good and fit just fine, which was a relief, but then one part kind of threw me off because it didn’t really feel like true OEM to me. It seemed more like a decent reproduction, so I went from happy to a little disappointed quickly.

Shipping was fine, and I do like that their site has a huge selection, so I’m not totally turned off. I just wish the product pages were clearer about what’s actually OEM or authentic versus reproduction. Not a terrible experience at all, but next time I’d probably slow down and double check the details before buying

I was ordering parts for my '70 Camaro, and the catalog ended up being spot on with what I needed. With an older car, you kind of expect to double check everything because common sense says not every part is going to fit just because a listing claims it will.
The pictures and fitment notes were actually helpful, not just filler text. The part numbers matched up, the descriptions made sense, and what showed up was exactly what the listing said it would be.

It definitely made the whole process less stressful. I still checked everything before ordering, because that’s just smart with old car parts, but in my case the catalog was right...

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I ordered a few interior parts for my Camaro and, as much as I hate to admit it, they were actually solid. The fit was good, nothing felt cheap, and everything looked nice once it was in. Install took me a little longer than I wanted, but that was probably more my fault than anything. No real complaints here, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I felt embarrassed because I ended up ordering the wrong part and had to ask for an exchange. They did take care of it in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it was slower than I expected. I had to check in a couple times to see what was going on. The staff was nice enough about it, which I appreciated, but I just wish the whole process had been a little clearer and quicker.

"Really helped with my Camaro restoration"
I’ve been ordering parts from Classic Industries for my old Camaro project, they’ve made the whole thing a lot easier. Their site is straightforward, which I appreciate because I don’t have the patience to dig around forever just to find one part. Most of what I’ve ordered has fit the way it should, so that’s been a relief.
One order did take longer than I wanted, and yeah, I was getting a little annoyed waiting on it. But customer service answered my questions without making it a whole ordeal, and that helped. For a full restoration, it’s nice having one place I can keep going back to instead of wasting time hunting all over.

The parts arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I just felt like the shipping took longer than I was expecting, especially compared to some other orders I’ve placed recently. It wasn’t a big problem or anything, just a bit slower than I’d hoped
